Because our products are food items, we follow strict safety protocols and cannot accept returns of opened packages. But we also stand by the quality of everything we make.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@FrostedHarvest.com, and we’ll make it right — with a refund, replacement, or credit.
❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:
Opened treat packages
Used products
Orders past 15 days from delivery
This policy protects your pets and ensures every customer receives a fresh, safe product.
📦 Returning Unopened Items
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Please contact us first before sending any returns, so we can issue instructions and confirm eligibility.
